Whether you’re exploring a new city or heading for the beach, a break from your day-to-day grind is a good thing, but you can still do a few things to stay fit while you’re away.

Plan your journey

It can be tempting to stop off at a drive-thru on your way to the airport, but researching the whereabouts of a healthier restaurant will help you keep your waistline in check.
